I’ve always been interested in how people think, what they need, and what gets in their way. I like listening, connecting the dots, and figuring out how to make things clearer, smoother, and more useful for users, for teams, and for the business. That’s what keeps me excited about design: it’s a way to solve problems that actually help people, especially when the work is collaborative and grounded in real understanding.

 

Spending time in both product and teaching environments showed me how much I enjoy mentoring and building up teams. I’m drawn to work that’s thoughtful and effective, and to creating a team culture where people feel supported and have space to grow.

 

I believe good design happens when teams communicate openly, work collaboratively, and keep the customer in the conversation, all while staying focused on outcomes that matter. I believe UX should be rooted in integrity, empathy, and doing the right thing.
